Guided by the Group Chairman’s vision and strategic leadership, the Board of Directors serves as the Company’s principal governing body, responsible for driving long-term value creation and safeguarding corporate interests. In carrying out its mandate, the Board pays particular attention to the social and environmental considerations that shape the Company’s business and long-term sustainability.

The Executive Committee is responsible for defining strategic priorities, overseeing their execution, and ensuring the organization remains responsive to changes in the business environment. It also supervises the proper exercise of delegated authority and the fulfillment of Executive Management’s responsibilities.
