Leang Houth Ngov
Founder, President of the Board of Directors, Chairman

Born on August 1, 1976, into a farming family in Tbong Khmum Province, rural Cambodia, Mr. Ngov began his entrepreneurial journey at an early age, starting his first trading business at just twelve years old. His formative years coincided with one of the most difficult periods in Cambodia’s history, lasting until the final dismantling of the Khmer Rouge regime and the country’s subsequent path toward recovery.
Over the next two decades, Mr. Ngov built extensive experience in automotive and general trading, operating as an independent trader with exclusive import and distribution licenses for the domestic market. In 2012, he reached a major milestone by signing Cambodia’s first official 4S Importer, Distributor, and Retailer agreement with Mazda, establishing a flagship facility on Russian Boulevard that set a new industry benchmark. Building on this success, he went on to establish official partnerships with leading global automotive brands, including Kia, Rolls-Royce, Volkswagen, Volvo, Bentley, BMW, and Hino. He later expanded into hospitality with Ajisen Ramen and Little Sheep, and in 2019 introduced several luxury automotive and yachting brands to Cambodia, including Lamborghini, Aston Martin, McLaren, Maserati, and Ferretti Yachts. To date, he has served as the official distributor for more than forty international brands.
Recognized for his strategic leadership and long-term vision, Mr. Ngov has received honors from global brand headquarters such as Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Mazda for outstanding performance across Southeast Asia. Alongside his business achievements, he is a committed philanthropist, actively supporting the National Red Cross, religious institutions, and disadvantaged communities. Deeply invested in Cambodia’s future, he is passionate about developing local talent and has been awarded the honorary title of Oknha.
"Dreams are where progress begins. Excellence is where they become real. That’s the work we do every day at HGB Prime."
